Refund policy

At Decluttr, all sales are non-returnable. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at decluttrhub@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
